We are excited about a new website feature that we have been working on for a while now – product reviews (welcome to 2005, we know). We officially launched the reviews platform yesterday, March, 4th, on our Superior Celebrations website. The review feature is still in semi-beta testing until we get a good number of reviews through it to make sure everything is working as it should. Once we know it’s ready for the big stage, we will roll it out to both retail and wholesale Superior Fireworks’ websites later this year.
Going forward, we will be sending customers an e-mail a few weeks after their shipment has been delivered, requesting a review of both our products and our service. We want to hear your feedback, positive or negative! This will allow us to make changes to our products or service where needed, and help us create a better customer experience as a whole. The e-mails we send, will allow you to review a product as a “verified buyer”, and will tag your review as such. The integrity of our reviews is very important to us, and the “verified buyer” badges will help instill confidence that our reviews are from real customers, who have actually used the items they are reviewing.
Lastly, one feature of our review system that we are particularly excited about, is the ability to upload pictures and videos of the product in use! This is a great tool to use in your review, especially since most of the items we sell are very visually stimulating. So, if you have some photos or videos to share, please do! With products like our Wedding Sparklers, people love to see how other couples found creative and fun ways to use or display the product!
Product review sounds like it would be a very good feature.
This was my first time using Superior Fireworks.And it will not be my last.When we showed up or order was ready. And they helped load it onto the truck. I’ve already gave their info to several friends.
